Our 300 hr. Mat/Reformer Teacher Training will help you develop the skills to become a confident Pilates Instructor.  You will benefit from our profound expertise of the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, as well as contemporary approaches and teaching styles.

After completion of 140 hrs. of practice/practice teaching and 30 hrs. of observation, you may schedule your final certification exam.
(Mat certification only, 70 hrs of practice/practice teaching and 15 hrs. of observation before final exam.)
The possibility to audit individual components is available upon permission of the instructor.
