Is a BIPOC, cisgender, able-bodied dancer & choreographer, Romana Kryzanowksa certified Pilates instructor, Yoga instuctor, Biomagnetic Pair therapist, Reiki Level II practitioner, and movement educator. She is a passionate believer in the ability of movement to heal bodies and minds. An entrepreneur in the field of health & wellness, she has been teaching movement for over 30 years, with a specialization in marginalized populations including the disabled, the chronically ill, and economically challenged. As a leader in the field of wholistic health, and a “mover and shaker” of mind-body wellness, she has a large body of devoted clients who rely on her energetic sensitivity to guide them towards transformation. She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, speaks fluent Italian, and is the devoted mother of two beautiful young men. After living in New York City, Seville, London and Rome, she is excited to call Hudson her home, and acknowledges the Mohican tribe as the original caretakers of the land she lives on.
