PRECISION TOWER - The best class for those just beginning their Pilates practice. You'll first learn the important Pilates principles to understand where the exercises originate from and then perform them properly and safely on the Tower apparatus. Max. 4 people. (50 min.)

TOWER FLOW - For clients with some experience on a Pilates Tower apparatus. This class is taught at a moderate pace on the equipment and may use various props for modifications and progressions to the classical exercises. Max. 4 people. (50 min.)
